What you think is more important than what you do , as the saying goes the mind is the battle field. True to proverbs 23:7 maxim as a man thinks so is he. Everything in life revolves around mental resilience.

It’s scientifically proven that resilience is about enduring and growing strong on the inside. Developing self-confidence – establishing a good sense of self-concept, and an understanding of our values and what is important to us, and believing in ourselves.

Thus in overcoming adversity and hardship it is paramount for one to have Mental health stamina and self care Illustrating the immense power of a resilient attitude.

The challenge with most people is the fear of perception and the comfort of conformity hence they remain stuck, forgetting one thing needful their contemptuous perception of you is none of your business.

Some fundamental truths to note in overcoming difficult and unpleasant circumstances.

Resilient Attitude

1. What you know people want to know: Focus on finding the solution and not on the problem.

2. Opportunities and potential benefits inherent in diversity : Don’t expect things to work out you have to work them out. Lazy leaders want to pray about everything , while praying is essential and needful daily, you won’t make it by prayer alone you have to look for the opportunities in diversity and adversity.

3. Create your own market. It is not common knowledge but Markets are created they don’t just happen. Steve Jobs did it with the iPad etc. Myles Munroe says Don’t wait for people to need you for you to show up Make them need you by showing up.

4. Broaden your customer base. Study the market that has emerged and adjust your services. Creativity and new ideas. Be a complex thinker. Everything you have learned in the last 2 decades is now wanting.

5. Develop persistence: stop thinking and make a plan : turn your thoughts into a design
